Patti Dolan is committed to helping investors align their investments with their personal values. With more than 39 years of investment experience, Patti started focusing on Responsible Investing (RI) in 1995 and is now one of Canada’s top RI experts.

Shareholder Advocate
Patti provides expertise in evaluating companies based on their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria. She is a shareholder advocate. She votes all client shares in a way that best supports sustainable best practices and strong governance.

Involved in Education
Patti is committed to educating investors, institutional stewards, and the public about Responsible Investing. She is a keynote speaker, panel moderator, panelist, emcee, MBA presenter, and task force participant. She has taught a Social Finance class at Ambrose University.

In the Community
Community involvement is part of the foundation of Patti’s life. Patti participated in a study tour to Rwanda, attended sessions at the United Nations in New York, and reviewed companies for the UN Global Compact. She also held executive positions with the Alpine Club of Calgary, specifically as Access and Environment Chair, served on the Calgary Area Outdoor Council and was a member of the University of Calgary’s Sustainable Investment Committee.

Patti is past secretary for the Responsible Investment Association of Canada, and past chair of Vibrant Communities Calgary. She is a member of Be Local YYC, a Calgary sustainable business association, and the Conference Board of Canada Leadership Faculty at the Corporate Sustainability Institute.

A mother of two successful young men, Patti enjoys spending time in the mountains, traveling, commuting by bike, being a member of Foothills masters swim club, volunteering, walking her dog Molly, and being with her partner, Ken.
